Irish Music & More - "Uncorked!" specializes in Irish music - lively jigs and reels with twin fiddles, Irish banjo, accordion, mandolin, guitar and Irish songs in honor of St. Patrick's Day.
"Uncorked!" is a 5 piece musical group specializing in fiddle melodies of all styles, vocals and stage humor. Instruments include Fiddle, guitar, mandolin, banjo, pennywhistle, cello, viola and accordion.
Don Coffin plays guitar, mandolin and sings. He is also a member of the Hot Frittatas band, recording artist and music teacher. He has had a 30 year career of music tours in Europe and the U.S. Don has a bluegrass radio show on KPFZ community radio in Lakeport.
Dennis Hadley plays accordion. He is also a member of the Hot Frittatas band. Dennis is a veteran of several Cajun and Zydeco bands in Northern Calif. and is a gifted recording artist and performer.
Dan Harris plays guitar, mandolin and banjo. He is a member of the Sea Dogs music group and plays many styles of acoustic traditional music.
Andi Skelton, a private string instructor and concertmaster of the Lake Co. Symphony, has an extensive background in fiddle styles as well as classical violin. She has won awards at many fiddle contests, performed with many bands and is leader of the performing group, the Konocti Fiddle Club.
Eleanor Cook is a multi-instrumentalist who plays and teaches piano,violin, fiddle, clarinet, and music theory. She is Assistant director of the CLPA Youth Orchestra and a member of the Lake Co Symphony. Eleanor has earned a BA in music and hopes to become a certified music therapist
