Get ready for the fun. We inaugurate this celebration with a fun kazoo parade and costume contest through the Lake County Fairgrounds. Grab your kazoo, or get one from us, and get ready for a parade.
We encourage wild and crazy costumes and the more outlandish and fun your costume is, the more likely you'll win one of our cash prizes.
When we open the doors, there will be fantastic choice of Irish stews to sample as well as plenty of microbrews to enjoy. You can purchase a pass that enables you to get 10 tastes of the wonderful stews and 15 of the beers at Lake County Chamber's ShopStayPlay website.
12:45: Our first band takes to the big stage in Fitch Hall with music and entertainment while you see our vendors, beer brewers and other sights.
1:30: The Lake County Home Brewer's Club is going to offer up a demonstration of how beer is brewed.
2pm: The music continues on the stage with live music on stage in the form of artfully played violins and other instruments in the Irish tradition. We'll announce who this music group is soon!

2:45: Since we're in wine country, our wine makers club is going to explain how wine is made and give you tips on how you might try your hand at winemaking.
3:15: Once again we'll light up the stage with Bound To Ride - an outstanding bluegrass band.
4:00: This is where we announce the winners of our costume contest, our Irish Stew contest, our booth decorating contest and the winner of the Pot o' Gold!
4:15: Bound to Ride continues until 5pm.
